LabSolue - from Laboratory and Absolute

LABSOLUE: FROM THE WORDS LABORATORY AND ABSOLUTE. A BRAND ROOTED IN A THREE GENERATIONS FAMILY EXPERTISE IN THE PERFUME INDUSTRY.

The name LabSolue is a combination of the words Laboratory and Absolute - from the French word Absolue. These two words represent two fundamental aspects of the art of perfume production.

Absolute refers to the extraction of the most concentrated and precious form of fragrance in perfumery: a natural, rich and noble raw material obtained through the dilution of concretes and resinoids in alcohol.
The Laboratory is where ideas are born, the hub of innovation and creation, the place where the company's decades of expertise come to life. From technological expertise and connection with nature, works of olfactive beauty are born and preserved.

LabSolue was created in 2007 in Milan by the sisters Giorgia and Ambra Martone. Behind them, nearly a century of knowledge and expertise: it all began in 1945 with the historic family pharmaceutical and cosmetic brand, Marvin, founded by their grandfather Vincenzo Martone. The factory expanded under their father Roberto Martone and became ICR (Industrie Cosmetiche Riunite), a world-renowned luxury perfume manufacturer. A tale of deep family roots, handed down from generation to generation, which keeps on embracing the values of art, high quality and craftsmanship.

Our senses are sharpened in pleasing moments, creating an archive of memories that fragrances can stimulate. LabSolue is an expert in the development of fruity, floral and woody scents: our perfumers can create a perfect combination of natural essences and chemical interactions that can bring back specific emotions.

The sections - olfactory islands - of the laboratory are three:
Fruits and Aromatics, Flowers, Woods and Resins

There are three olfactory families to the laboratory: Fruits and Aromatics, Flowers, Woods and Resins.

The symbol of the tree is a constant, it is always the focus of inspiration and an olfactory reference for LabSolue. Roots, trunk, resins, branches, leaves, flowers, fruits: the plant is considered in its totality and complexity when deciding to create a perfume. It is a process of glorification of its essence. But the tree is also the symbol representing the Martone family history, from Vincenzo's perfume factory to today’s reality – generations who have passed on and sublimated the art of perfumery. Finally, the tree becomes a graphic sign to identify Magna Pars, the family's Hotel à Parfum, which is now situated on the site of the original perfume factory.

OUR ESSENCES ARE NATURALLY GENDER FREE AND FREE OF RULES, CONSTRICTIONS, AND PREJUDICES. THEY ARE MADE TO BE ENJOYED AS EAUX DE PARFUM, AS CANDLES, OR AS HOME DIFFUSERS.

The vision of LabSolue knows no limits: no gender, no rule, no right or wrong, no prejudices. It is the emotion that matters. LabSolue Essences are made to be enjoyed in their various forms: as eaux de parfum, as candles, or as home diffusers. They can follow us throughout our journeys day and night, or be there to welcome us as we enter the place we call home.
